# Bulk Email Sending

Send personalized emails to multiple recipients from your monday.com board with just a few clicks.

* Saves time by enabling bulk communication while maintaining a personalized touch.

### **Steps to Use**:

1. Select multiple items on your board.

2. Select **EasyMails** from **Apps**<br>

3. Configure the email fields (subject, body, attachments).

4. Click **Send** to dispatch emails to all selected recipients.

* **Use Case**: Sending project updates to team members or client follow-ups.
