Adding EasyMails to Boards

Learn how to integrate EasyMails with your monday.com boards using powerful automation recipes to streamline email workflows and save time.

  1. Integrate EasyMails with a Board:

    • Open the board where you want to use EasyMails.

    • Click Integrations at the top of the board and search for "EasyMails."

    • Select an integration recipe, such as:

      • “When a status changes to [value], send an email using EasyMails.”

      • “When a new item is created, send a welcome email.”

  2. Customize the Integration:

    • Map the email fields (e.g., recipient email, subject, body) to the appropriate columns in your board.

    • Save the integration recipe.
