When to Use
You're working with linked boards and want to CC managers or team members from another board.
Your CC/BCC emails are dynamic and stored in mirror columns instead of native text/email columns.
How to Set It Up
Go to Automations
In your monday.com board, navigate to Automations Type “EasyMails (Mirror)” in the search bar or choose from the available EasyMails (Mirror) recipes.
Choose a Recipe That Includes CC/BCC Fields Look for recipes like:
“When status changes to X, send email with CC/BCC…”
“When an item is created, send email and include CC from mirror column…”
Map the Mirror Column In the recipe setup:
Choose the mirror column containing email addresses.
Assign it to either CC or BCC field.
Save the Recipe The selected mirror column will now dynamically populate CC/BCC in triggered emails.
