With EasyMails integrated into monday.com workflows, you can:
π Create drip campaigns spread over days or weeks
π Send automatic follow-ups when a status changes or a form is filled
βοΈ Trigger emails based on board activity
π§ Use conditions to personalize the message flow
π§ββοΈ Add delays to space out your emails naturally
These logic blocks come from monday.com's Workflow Center and are used to build your sequences:
Perform an action β like sending an email β when something happens on the board.
β Example Use Case: When a status changes to "Qualified", automatically send a welcome email to the lead.
Apply conditions to control what happens next.
β Example Use Case: If βCountryβ is βUSβ, send Template A. Otherwise, send Template B.
Pause the sequence for a defined time before continuing.
β Example Use Case: Wait 2 days after sending the first email, then send a follow-up reminder.
Open the Workflow Center in monday.com
Choose a trigger, such as "When status changes"
Add optional Delay or If/Else steps for control
Add an Action, and choose "Send Email via EasyMails"
Select your email template
Save your workflow β you're done π
β Use delays to avoid overwhelming recipients
β Personalize flows using If/Else logic
β Test your sequences using dummy board items
β Monitor performance using EasyMails open & click tracking
Trigger: Status moves to "Qualified" β Send Email A (Introduction with an Action Button β e.g., βIβm Interestedβ) β If the recipient clicks the button, update the status to "Engaged" on the board β Start next sequence based on new status:
Delay 3 days
If budget > $5k β Send Email B, else send Email C β Delay 2 days β Send Email D (Final CTA)
The Action Button inside the email lets the contact interact with one click.
When clicked, the button updates a column in monday.com (e.g., status).
That change automatically triggers the next sequence β no manual steps needed.
