Steps to Use:
Open the Email Template Builder
Start editing or creating the template where you want to insert the action button.
Add the Action Button
Click on “Create Action Button”.
Configure the Button
Button Title: Enter the text shown on the button (e.g., Approve, Confirm, Mark as Done).
Redirect Link: This is auto-generated by EasyMails. It handles the automation trigger.
Use Custom Link (optional): Check this box if you want to redirect users to a custom URL instead.
Set the Action
Status Column: Choose the column in your board you want to update.
Update Status To: Select the value the status should change to when clicked (e.g., Done, In Progress, Approved).
Click “Create Button”
The button is added to your email template and will execute the selected action when clicked.
