# Managing Email Templates

Create, duplicate, edit, and share templates for faster, on-brand communication.

### **Steps**

1. Go to the **Templates** tab in the EasyMails dashboard.
2. Browse or search for pre-existing templates.
3. Create a new template by selecting **New Template**.
4. Edit templates using the drag-and-drop editor, then save your changes.
5. Share templates with team members or duplicate them for new campaigns.

* **Pro Tip**: Create separate templates for recurring communications like newsletters or updates.
