Steps

  1. Open the EasyMails dashboard from your workspace.

  2. Click on Templates and create a new email using the drag-and-drop editor.

  3. Personalize the email by adding recipient-specific data from board columns (e.g., names, statuses).

  4. Save the template and select it for your campaign.

  5. Choose recipients by mapping the email address column from your board.

  6. Click Send Now or schedule the email for later.

  • Pro Tip: Use merge tags (e.g., {Name}) to personalize emails dynamically.
