While EasyMails doesn’t support native scheduling, you can use monday.com automations to send emails at scheduled times.

  • You can achieve similar functionality by using custom monday.com automations using EasyMails. For example, create an automation like: “When date arrives, send an email using EasyMails.” This allows you to schedule emails based on a specific date or time column in your board.

Steps

  • Click on Automate

  • Search for EasyMails

  • Find recipe "When date arrived send Email from Account to Recipients"
