Take more control over your email configuration with EasyMails’ advanced sending settings.

✉️ Custom Reply-To Address

  • Description: Allows you to define a separate reply-to email address for each campaign.

Custom Reply To Email Address input field in EasyMails template settings, allowing users to specify a different reply-to email instead of the sender’s address.
  • How It Helps: Useful when replies need to go to a different person or department (e.g., support@, sales@), rather than the sender’s email.

  • When It Appears: This option becomes visible when you click Edit Template in the email builder.

  • Steps to Use:

    1. Open your template and click Edit Template.

    2. Scroll to the Custom Reply To Email Address section.

    3. Enter your desired reply-to email (e.g., [email protected]).

    4. Click Save.

If left empty, replies will go to the sender’s email address by default. This is also dependent on whether “Reply to same item” is enabled in your automation.

This ensures all replies are routed where they need to be — keeping your inbox organized and communication smooth.
