# Automating Email Campaigns

Discover how to automate email workflows in monday.com using EasyMails automation recipes to streamline communication and boost productivity.

### **Steps**

1. Navigate to the board where you want to set up automation.
2. Click on **Integrations** at the top of the board.
3. Search for EasyMails and choose an automation recipe:
   * *“When a status changes to \[value], send an email.”*
   * *“When a new item is added, send a welcome email.”*
4. Customize the recipe by selecting the appropriate fields (e.g., recipient, email subject, body).
5. Test the automation by triggering the defined event.
