Steps

  1. Navigate to the board where you want to set up automation.

  2. Click on Integrations at the top of the board.

  3. Search for EasyMails and choose an automation recipe:

    • “When a status changes to [value], send an email.”

    • “When a new item is added, send a welcome email.”

  4. Customize the recipe by selecting the appropriate fields (e.g., recipient, email subject, body).

  5. Test the automation by triggering the defined event.
