Add compliance-ready unsubscribe and manage preferences links using flexible unsubscribe groups.

How It Works

• Create custom unsubscribe groups (e.g., Newsletters, Promotions, Transactional Emails).

• When building an email, you must select an unsubscribe group in the template settings.

• This group determines where the recipient is unsubscribed from when they click the unsubscribe link.

• You can also insert a Manage Preferences link so users can select which groups they want to stay subscribed to.

Manage Unsubscribe Groups Visually Customize communication categories like Newsletters, Promotions, and Transactional Emails to give recipients more control over what they receive.

Steps to Use

1. Go to Unsubscribe Setting in the EasyMails dashboard and create the necessary unsubscribe groups.

2. In the Email Template Builder, select the appropriate Unsubscribe Group for your email.

3. Insert:

   • {{unsubscribe}} – for one-click opt-out from the selected group.

   • {{manage-preferences}} – to let recipients choose which groups they want to stay subscribed to.

4. Save and send your email.
