Description

  • Share templates with your team for consistent branding and seamless collaboration. You can also transfer ownership of templates to another team member when roles change or responsibilities shift.

How It Helps

  • Ensures brand consistency, improves workflow efficiency, and allows team members to manage and modify templates as needed.

Steps to Use

  1. Open a saved template in the Email Templates tab.

  2. Click Share Template and select your team members.

  3. Choose whether to allow edits, duplicate the template, or transfer ownership.

  4. If transferring ownership, select the new owner and confirm the transfer.

This ensures that template management remains flexible while maintaining control over branding and consistency across email campaigns. 🚀
